Located in the centre of our busy High Street, Miss Bush has been a must visit destination for stylish, fashion-conscious brides for over 30 years. As the oldest and biggest UK stockist of popular bridal designer Jesus Peiro, Miss Bush offers a wide selection of dresses and separates from the iconic Spanish bridal brand, alongside popular British designer Suzanne Neville and indie brands Lily Ingenhoven and Anna Kara.
Originally located in Ye Olde Sweet Shop from its opening in 1988, Miss Bush moved across the road to The Old Chapel in 2014, which has been lovingly restored and tastefully decorated to become the stunning boutique you see today.
Appointments take place in the calming surroundings of our unique converted Victorian Chapel boutique. With stained glass windows, high vaulted ceilings and luxurious fittings, each private appointment offers a reassuringly high-end bridal shopping experience that cannot be found elsewhere.
As soon as you walk underneath our iconic archway (usually decorated with a beautiful floral installation) and through the double doors we hope you'll enjoy a sense of calm and feel relaxed and supported during every single visit, from your first appointment to the day you collect your dress.
The Miss Bush approach is one of complete flexibility. It's quite rare for a bride to visit us and walk away with a dress exactly as it is. As the majority of our dresses are made to order to your exact measurements, we see all of our samples as 'swatches' - examples of what could be. You may fall in love with a dress exactly as it is, or maybe you want to take the sleeves and bodice from one, add it to the skirt from another, and then finish it with a bow from another - it's all doable.
We also don't focus on high street dress sizes. What we care about most is achieving the perfect fit, using your unique measurements. All bodies are different and we know that no one size fits all. With made to measure, couture and alterations available on all of our dresses, we can make sure you feel completely comfortable on your wedding day.

Since joining Miss Bush 25 years ago, Emma has completely transformed what was a simple shop into a hugely popular bridal shopping destination that offers a truly memorable experience for brides to be.
Because of Emma's passion and dedication, Miss Bush has become far more than a retail space, it's a community that offers an inclusive, supportive and nurturing environment. Whether you come to us as a bride, a member of the team or a collaborator, the chapel provides a safe space for women to be themselves, to be heard, encouraged, cared for and supported.
Emma has also been a continuous voice for change in the bridal industry, vocal in her support for small business and an advocate for the often-unnoticed talent of the bridal industry’s highly skilled seamstresses. It has also been important to Emma for many years to support independent artisans and suppliers, choosing to work with only the most ethical suppliers with traceability and provenance.
