Hatha Yoga and Yoga Flow Classes from Wednesday 23rd September
Laura Campo has been teaching in the local Ripley community (at Seven Beauty and then at Millwater Barn) for over four years now. Evening yoga classes are now moving to the beautiful setting of The Talbot, on the High Street.
It has been a long five months of lockdown and this Autumn is a great time to look after yourself a little more with some yoga.
The Wisley Suite at The Talbot is the ideal place for yoga classes. The large floor space and high ceilings provide ample room to maintain social distance between yoga mats with the added benefit of being together in person.
Our Ripley yoga community has grown over the last four years. Many locals have been discovering the joy of a regular yoga practice. Over lockdown we shifted all our classes online. Now is the perfect time to begin practicing together in person again.
Laura believes in the power of yoga to strengthen the body and empower the mind. Laura’s classes involve dynamic sequencing, playful flows and some longer holds to help you build strength and flexibility while hitting the ‘reset’ button.
Whether you are new to yoga or looking to pick up your practice from where you left off, then our weekly classes at The Talbot provides a welcoming and safe space for you to do so.
