I am your trusted property consultant. With 35 years of experience, I support homeowners to prepare their homes to sell as well as representing purchasers and tenants. My job is to help you to find the right home, in the right location, at the right price and at the right time.

I listen to my clients and draw upon my 35 years of experience to share property options with effective results.  My clients are invested emotionally and financially, so my role is to bring harmony to the 'head versus heart conversation.'
I am passionate about property and ensuring the transaction is a win-win for all parties. I offer a variety of services, including offering guidance to homeowners, on the questions they ought to ask an estate agent when choosing which one to instruct. Meet the owner - Sally Rule

Estate agents look after the vendors, letting agents look after the landlords, so who looks after you, if you are looking for a home? I set up the business to look after the purchasers and tenants, as they were not represented. I found that my nurturing approach enhanced the business and it has organically evolved to offer different services which work together in combination, or individually.

The best thing about being a property consultant is knowing that I make a difference. Small affordable changes make such a difference and to be able to action this, is rewarding.
To have the privilege of working with a client and being able to facilitate a stress-free move for them. Smiles on faces!

Covid-19 Response

I now wear a mask and gloves for safety and protection. I also offer a Power-Hour service to 'walk and talk' a homeowner (using our mobile telephones) around their property to guide them on how best prepare and present their home, to sell. This is carried out at their convenience and my availability. The cost is £99.00.
